I was only able to take two psychology courses on Study.com, and I added Spanish on Sophia. So now I’ll need to take 10 psychology courses at UMPI to finish my degree, which means I won’t be taking any electives there. I did, however, finish all of my Study.com and Sophia classes, so I’m ready to start at UMPI in May!

That's awesome, make sure you have them review your classes and have an academic evaluation, it should highlight the classes you have left remaining, verify with them by reviewing that document with the yellow or different colored highlights... Good luck, have fun, hope it goes well for you! Congrats to getting this far!

I want to update everyone on my time at UMPI. I ended up switching from the psychology program to the BLS (Bachelor of Liberal Studies) with a minor in psychology. I made the switch because it was a faster path to graduation, and I don’t need a BA in psychology to move on to a master’s program in the same field.
In total, I finished 10 classes in just six and a half weeks. It wasn’t easy, but it was definitely worth it.
I’m sharing this to hopefully motivate someone out there. If you’re thinking about going back to school or finishing what you started, you can do it too. Keep pushing.

Hey, I'm considering the same switch- do you mind sharing what your template/classes chosen were? I've got around 70 through Sophia so far and wanna get all my ducks in a row before starting at UMPI.
