Northcentral University Tuition Drop for TA Users
#1
I received this email today and decided to share it. Apparently, NCU has lowered their Master's tuition rate to match the DOD cap of $250/hour. This is a great development, especially since NCU is one of the few universities out there who are regionally-accredited and will accept a nationally-accredited bachelor's for enrollment. Their MBA programs are 30 credits, on top of being ACBSP-accredited and offering many different concentrations.

"Dear Northcentral University Master’s Degree Students in the Armed Forces,
At NCU, we take tremendous pride in our unique ability to meet the educational goals of active duty military members, retirees, reservists, and their dependents. As you’re probably aware, Northcentral participates in the GI Bill, Reserve Educational Assistance Program, Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment for disabled veterans, and Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance for children and spouses of deceased service members.
As a sign of our continuing commitment to supporting the success of our students in the military, Northcentral is pleased to announce that, effective October 1, 2012, Preferred Tuition Rates for Military Students with Military Tuition Assistance (TA) will be reduced in our Master’s Degree Programs. Northcentral’s current per course rate of $910 will be reduced to $750. {Please note: This reduced Master’s rate is effective only for courses started on or after October 1, 2012. Price does not include additional costs, such as books, obtaining copies of transcripts, and purchase of cap and gown.}
At Northcentral, one of our goals is to offer an online education that provides relevant instruction to active and retired military personnel and their spouses. By providing affordable tuition rates in our Master’s Degree programs, we are honored to provide you with additional support as you strive to achieve your academic goals."

Thanks for the heads up! It's always nice to see more options for masters at $250 per credit hour.
