I was just surfing the Fortune Education site and came across this list of Masters Computer Science degrees.
Link: These 5 online master’s in computer science programs cost $25K (or less)—no GRE score | Fortune

None of these stand out for me, but for Active service people, University of Louisville has one for $7500!
I think most institutions who offer a $250/credit option would be a good choice, here's just another one.
They have more masters options and only a couple or more do not have this $250/credit (example, MBA).
