It's been said numerous times, sanantone even started a thread about it...
If you need to communicate with TESC do it through e-mail. For whatever reasons the people answering phones are uninformed, but if you email the registrar you will get your questions answered within 24 hours.
I can only imagine how many phone calls TESC gets daily from people who aren't enrolled students and are only "kicking tires".

Thanks for the feedback everyone!! After hearing all that you all have shared, I think I understand now that help is extremely uncertain even via email support tickets unless a person is already enrolled in the college. I really wish that this were made more clear before I was so strongly encouraged to fork over my application fee, but with that said, I will not let this deter me and I encourage none of you to let things like this deter you from your goals either. I was just shocked when with the conduct of a one or two advisors that I have had the bad luck to run into repeatedly but in the grand scheme of things I guess it's really no biggie. I've submitted my concerns to the registrar now and I am really hoping that they will look into this issue because overall I am still starry eyed by this school and hope they won't let a handful of sour advisors ruin their reputation.

Tracking this topic myself. I've yet to enroll, as I'm trying to leave the last 24 credits I need for the BSBA - General Management to only be the TESC courses I need for residency requirements, but considering how even their "specialized" military advisors just ignored my replies after contacting me once to register, I haven't been particularly warm to the school.
That said, it's the fastest route I have to a degree, and I'll keep pursuing it; if nothing else it helps me with getting an idea of where I'm at credits-wise with everything I've been taking as of late.

I'm less inclined to say email, especially if you need an answer sooner than forty eight hours. I preferred calling, and usually got someone who knew what they were talking about. If it didn't sound like they did, then I'd ask for the specific department: i.e., registrar, B.A. advisor, etc.
If you want to get better "service," then form a student account and starting banking your credits. That way, you are in their system and they can be more specific in their help. You can have an account even if you aren't enrolled in classes.

Out of curiosity, what kind of complex questions are y'all asking TESC that you cannot get answered??

I would switch except this is the only college I can finish through.
I am very worried about having this happen after putting still more money on the table... For now I will focus on taking known classes and save the unknowns for last. The program seems fine. Let's hope customer service will reflect that one day...

I found certain contacts in the school who were very helpful and was able to get many concessions out of them if you ask right and ask the right people. Ive gotten exams rushed at no charge, extensions, was allowed to submit my grad application late, i got my app fee waived, and other things i cant remember in this late hour. There are some rude folks in this school, but you need to treat it like anything else in life and connect with the right people or maybe have to play stupid to let the rude person get over their insecurity and actually want to help ( like they should have to begin with).
Sounds like good advice Prloko. To be fair I've found a few very helpful advisors who really seemed interested in my success and not the size of my wallet. I wish there was a way to skip the Russian Roulette and contact a good advisor directly before enrolling... For now I'll try to talk with the registrar as Sanatone suggested and see if I get more consistent results in my search for answers.

I just find it very odd. Every email I've ever sent to TESC has been responded to within 24 hours. Even as an applicant when they wouldn't answer specific questions, they said they wouldn't within 24 hours.
It doesn't make sense why some people have problems communicating with TESC and others do not.
