Study.com ungraded essay

I had submitted an essay to study.com last month. i sent them a message on Saturday to see if they were in the process of grading it. I got an email the next day with my grade rubric attached but my essay was not graded. It didn't contain a grade or any grader feedback. They didn't say why it wasn't graded. It wasn't plagiarized or anything. I have already taken the final and gotten a grade for my other essay. Can I still get a grade for this course? It says on the website "You will not receive your final course score until everything has been graded." Does this mean I won't receive a course score since they decided not to grade my essay? I sent them an email letting them them know I didn't receive a grade for the essay but haven't heard back yet. I forgot to ask them if I would still receive a course score.

Hassle them again. It's a private for-profit company. You're a customer. Customer is always right. Use that leverage.
