It's a lot easier to take as few courses as possible with Purdue Global.
Can you post the degree plan you made?
I'm still looking at the electives. If all goes to plan, I'll have 47 credits from Purdue and 133 transferred credits.
Ok. I hope your plan involves ExcelTrack because the other way would be at least twice the cost and likely take longer too.
I do want it to involve ExcelTrack. But they state work experience and prior college credits as requirements. Both of which I lack.
Math
ExcelTrack = $5600 (if done 2 terms)
By course = $17,437 47 credits
$11,837 difference
Once you take a bunch of alternative college-credit courses, that is all you need to prove you can handle college coursework. They will accept you into ExcelTrack with no problems. I think that you are overthinking this.
WGU does this as well. Often they will require people to do at least 1 alternative college credit course outside WGU because they are afraid someone will start WGU, then quit before doing any courses, which makes the school look bad, adding to the dropout rate percentage.
You should PM Clockhammer and ask him how the enrollment process went for him. I bet they never asked about his work experience since he brought in max credits.
Degrees: BA Computer Science, BS Business Administration with a concentration in CIS, AS Natural Science & Math, TESU. 4.0 GPA 2022.
Course Experience: CLEP, Instantcert, Sophia.org, Study.com, Straighterline.com, Onlinedegree.org, Saylor.org, Csmlearn.com, and TEL Learning.
Certifications: W3Schools PHP, Google IT Support, Google Digital Marketing, Google Project Management

If you're completely confident in your ability to do the ExcelTrack, you could always say that you've been freelancing for the past 2 or 3 years. It's not like they'll be able to tell if you have or have not been doing this.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Will they really not ask for any documentation even though they state it as a requirement?

They might interview you like ss20ts says, but I don't think they're going to ask for pay stubs or anything like that.

If you fail the interview, no ExcelTrack for you. Which wouldn't put you any better or worse off than you are right now, so you might as well give it a shot to see if they'll let you in.

Your best bet right now is to complete the requirements outside of PUG by following the post #3 link to the PUG degree plan. LevelUP did a great job on the degree plan and it's very up to date, I would then recommend applying to PUG when you have the Sophia.org/Study.com courses completed. Apply when you're ready, I don't think they'll reject you even if you go through with a 'mediocre' interview.

Wait. I can’t use Sophia or study.com courses as the 3 courses required from an accredited college or university right?

Almost 75% of your credits will come from a combination of ACE Alternative credit from Sophia.org/Study.com, W3 School PHP Cert, Coursera, etc. The other 25% comes from Purdue Global Excel Track competencies that you can't transfer courses into, and the Capstone. It's essentially you're trying to max it up to 75% ACE, 25% PUG.
