Something I learned a little too late in life - Appreciative Inquiry - I have been practicing it daily since last year.
Always - Treat others the same way you want to be treated - be courteous, helpful, respectful, and thankful.

That it's ok to take time away from something. Whether it's taking a vacation from work, time off from school, etc, everyone needs a break at some point.
