Unfortunately we cannot give an exact date on any courses because of the different factors involved. We are working hard to have them ready for credit recommendation as soon as possible though
This was their statement on 3/3/2017... It would indicate that these were submitted to ACE... When in fact they have not even planned as of yet, according to the email response, to submit them to ACE.
Its Disappointing because it would have saved me $1,500 for TESU's SOS 450 course and time.... It also would have saved me 50+50 over coppersmith for those 2 classes as well. More than anything though, I just don't like contradicting public positive info with negative info from a direct email.

I PM'ed Study.com on here asking for clarification of what information is correct. The info I received today, or the info posted in March.
I don't believe i really have any standing to directly complain to them. My original plan included Coopersmith for History and Systems of Psych, Physiological Psych and TESU for Ethics in the Social Sciences.
I became hopeful that perhaps by September at the latest these 3 courses would become ACE approved based on this thread. But technically my official plan still has Coopersmith and TESU for those classes.
I suppose its possible that the person whom uses the Study.com account here may have had a misunderstanding or they themselves were misled. Before I would even consider making a complaint regarding potentially misleading students or potential students, I would like to hear from them here.

We are sorry for any confusion; we understand why this looks contradictory and that was not our intent.
As you may have noticed, some of our most recent ACE-recommended courses have only received 2 credits, and in an attempt to get the full 3-credit approval we needed to slow down and revamp our process. With these 3 courses in particular, we need to take them back in-house and smooth out some of the curriculum before submitting to ACE.
The original estimate that was given in March did not take into account changes to our process. Given these additional factors, we expect these 3 courses will not be available in the next two months and, unfortunately, we don't have more details on the timeline beyond that.
We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and would encourage you to check back in on the status of these courses in 3 months.
We are constantly striving to bring the most credit to our users and have been making great progress with additional courses throughout many subjects. We are sorry these particular courses were not part of our recent accomplishments.
Thanks,
The Study.com Team

Makes perfect sense to me. Thank you once again for stepping up to the plate in potentially difficult circumstances and communicating effectively with the community. It's greatly appreciated.
Absolutely *love* your format, and hope you continue to grow (and continue to listen to the communities that you serve, as you seem to be effectively doing.)

Hi All,
Thank you for checking in and remaining patient with us as we continue to iterate and improve our processes. Though we cannot guarantee whether these courses will be credit recommended and exactly when they will be released, History and Systems of Psychology is scheduled to be included in our next review and Ethics in the Social Sciences is in the works.
We're also still working diligently with ACE and NCCRS to get existing 300-level courses recommended for upper division credit (which does include upper level accounting courses) as well as courses that have received 2 credit recommendations rather than 3.
We are hoping to get some of these courses live before the end of the year, but can't make any guarantees. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but please know we're working diligently to get these and other credit recommended courses to you all as soon as we can!
Thank you,
The Study.com Team

I agree. Hands-down, the best course provider in terms of communicating with people on this forum. You can't ask for more than that!

Today my daughter passed her second Study.com course, Introduction to Computing. She was over the moon excited because this completes her AA requirements with TESU. As we know, that's more of a mental win because there's no value getting only an AA but just seeing the TESU evaluation tool show COMPLETE gave her a pretty cool smile
She really likes Study.com and has plans to knock out a few more courses.
