If you are a little gun shy, start with the exams that have high pass rates. FYI!

This is what I was told about the 2008 pass rates "should appear on the DANTES website sometime next week". This was from Barry Nelson, Examinations Program Manager. I was emialed by him today and thought everybody should know.
Currently enrolled at TESC:
A.A.S in Respiratory Care (need english to finish)
MOS 91V US ARMY
A.A.S in computer studies (need english to finish)
MOS 25B US ARMY
6 more S.H. to finish both degrees hilarious

I can't speak for other bases, but I know here in Fort Hood they are using the Computer Testing and the new DSST scoring as well. While I was in Iraq, they were still using the old scoring and older DSST exams for obvious reasons.

The testing at my base in Italy started the new scoring w/the new 10 tests back in August. K-Town and Mannhiem in Germany August also. I have already taken a few of them. That informaiton concerning the military bases is not correct. The new scoring is in effect for all bases in Europe. Paper and computer based. I found out the hard way.

my bad, in VA we still use the old testing as far as i know... but i could be wrong, again.

No problem. I would call up the testing center first before taking any of the 10 tests. My testing center did not tell me at all.
