If you already have a master's in CJ, then why waste your time and money with a bachelor's in CJ? If you're applying to security-type jobs, then your homeland security degree should be fine. It will only make a difference if you're applying to social service jobs. A job ad might list a degree in CJ as a requirement or a preference, but it's often not a hard requirement. I've gotten interviews for jobs asking for a degree in CJ with my degree in social science. I'm sure it's much easier to explain how a homeland security degree is related. I had to explain that my BA in Social Science included about 30-something CJ credits.

There was a security specialist job opening for a government agency I worked at through a contractor. They asked for a CJ degree, but the person who ended up getting the job had an engineering degree and law enforcement experience.

I would like to add another option to this conversation. Colorado State University - Pueblo has a BA in Criminal Justice that requires 30 credits once somebody has a previous Bachelor's degree. The courses are independent study and less than $160 per credit. It would be hard to beat the price and the degree would be from CSU.
TESC 2015 - BSBA, Computer Information Systems

TESC 2019 - 21 Post-bachelor accounting credits

Oops, sorry don't know how I missed you were already enrolled in the AAS ES&ST. You didn't mean swap out the current AAS for the CJ did you? I'm sure you are taking advantage of the FEMA IS courses.

It would make for a nice addition to enroll in the AAS CJ at the same time as the BSBA. The AAS requires 12 NEW credits. Hold off on the PF courses and DSST Intro to Criminal Justice (req'd for AAS CJ) until the current AAS is conferred. It's basically the same thing I did except I didn't know about 2 degrees per conferment when I completed my first AAS degree.
