Penn Foster Interpersonal Communication

Anyone experience this (1) credit hour course know how many assignments and or what the requirements are? I assume this isn't proctored.

From the ACE CREDIT National Guide online:

The methods of instruction include practical exercises, learner presentations, self-study and study guides. The general course topics include oral communication; body language; listening skills; interpersonal skills; and eye contact. The methods of evaluation are quizzes, written papers, presentations, and examinations with a minimum passing score of 70 percent.

Seems like a fair bit of running around for one semester hour of ACE CREDIT. There's a 3 sh ECE in Interpersonal Communication.
