I still haven't heard back from Pierpont regarding the SDC NCCRS course I sent in. It's been about a month. I just sent them another email about it. I also just sent in my Acclaim transcript (with only Google on it) so let's see what they make of that.

We're waiting for a transcript from Frederick Community College on a FEMA/EMI course. Once we get it, it's going to Pierpont...really curious to see if they'll accept it as RA credit, since it's P/F and not graded.
The Sophia and Baypath transcripts took about a month to be evaluated.

It's been a month and a week since sending my ACE transcript. They evaluated all my ASU credits a while ago. Still waiting for ACE to show up. If I don't hear something by December, I'll email them asking "Yo dawg, what it do?" (I paraphrase.)

Pierpont accepted my Google IT certificate on my ACCLAIM transcript (it's not on my ACE transcript) already for the full 12 credits. They accepted it without any questions or complaints whatsoever. Still no word on the SDC NCCRS class I tried to transfer in.
I really need to finish English Comp II and get this degree.

FWIW, we confirmed in an email that Pierpont will accept Sophia Visual Communication for 3 of the 6 English/Communications credits.
They wouldn't confirm that they'll accept Foundations of English Comp, but one or two other DF members have posted that they did. I suspect they'd take Conflict Resolution and Public Speaking, too.

They accepted my Visual Communication as Com 1999. Foundations of English Comp as Engl 1104 and Conflict Resolution as MGMT 1999.

What are the Area of Emphasis options? I know they say to contact the coordinator - just wondering if anyone has done that yet and has a list they can share.

I'm not sure of a full list but I think they go off of what they have https://www.pierpont.edu/programs . That Google IT course gives you 12 and another 3 credit course will get your area of emphasis in Information Systems. That's what I got. Matter of fact today is my graduation date.

I asked and was told that there was no "list" but they would base it off of the credits I brought in. I like utility's suggestion of the Information Systems AOS. The Google IT certificate is a pretty easy way to get 12 credits.

Congrats! Did you use Sophia's Intro to IT or something else?
