Please confirm Ethics class I need for TESU Liberal Studies
#1
I've heard of two:
The Institutes https://www.theinstitutes.org/guide/onli...urses-free
and
Saylor's ENVS203
#2
I know you can definitely use the free course from the Institutes. Mine transferred in just a couple weeks ago and they gave the automatic waiver along with it because its only worth 2 credits (but its free!). I don't know about Saylor as I didn't try it.
MTS             Nations University - September 2018
BA.LS.SS     Thomas Edison State University -September 2017

Yes, they'll both count, but one is free (and unproctored, and you can take it as many times as needed to pass), so it seems pretty clear what most of us around here would choose.

Here's the specific course from The Institutes that you want:

312N-H Ethics and the CPCU Code of Professional Conduct (2 credits -- The 3rd credit is to be made up as a general ed elective).
To signup, use the following link: Preserve the trust on which insurance transactions are based with an understanding of ethics

Select the FREE option. You should not do the $5 option. The paid option is for "Continuing Education credit," which is different than college credit. The free version is ACE approved for college credit.

Thank you both. For the life of me I could not figure out how to sign up

I've already started the environmental ethics course, if I were to also take the free ethics course would the environmental ethics come over to TESU as a gen ed elective?
#6
Yes, it would definitely count toward gen ed electives in that case.

They come in as different course numbers, so 5 credits (2 + 3) for you then Smile

While you are at it, may was well do that free 1cr class Sophia is offer as well and make it 6cr - it's not ethics related but it's easy enough

Boy, the practice final had some really lengthy questions that were not seen on the unit quizzes, at all. Needless to say, I bombed it, 27/50. How did you guys pass just taking the quiz/practice final method? How did you answer questions you'd never seen before? jeesh...

With any open book exams, I would recommend you have the test on one window and the other window/tab, have the pdf and text document open.
