***Please help me figure out my degree plan!

Hey! I am currently a stay at home mom with English as a second language (Norwegian is my first language). I found this wonderful website a few years ago and started with a few CLEPS then, but when i got pregnant with my second boy, I had to stop going to school because of some pregnancy complications. I really want to finish my degree as fast as I can now, but after spending a few hours on the forum, I am still unable to figure out my degree plan. I honestly just want the easiest, fasted route to a completed Bachelor in Business. From what I have read it seems like BSBA in General Management Degree Program would be the easiest...??? I am trying to avoid (as much as possible) classes that involve a lot of writing as I consider this a weakness of mine. Listed below are the classes I have already completed. Please HELP me fill in the gaps and create a degree plan! Would love to test out of as many as possible, and do less "real" classes.

- Biology
- Psychology
- Sociology
- Marketing
- Principles of management
- Humanities
- Western Civ I
- Western Civ II
- Analyzing and Interpreting Literature
- Social Science and History
- Educational Psychology (as an elective)
- Human Growth and Development (as an elective)
