Bachelors with NO capstone

Most AA's don't require a capstone.

Most BA's do.

But there are exceptions all over the place.

Any reason to avoid ALL capstones? Some are sure are more difficult than others but some are extremely easy.

The capstone at WGU was one of the easiest classes I've taken. I had it knocked out in no time (less than 1 week) just doing a section or two a day with the template they provided. I was worried about it to begin with but after starting it was just a breeze.
