Need help UMPI

IMO, it's a waste of money to start at UMPI now when there is still so much that can be completed at Sophia. Splitting time between Sophia and UMPI will just make both take longer (and cost more money). At least complete the GEC requirements before applying.

Thanks! My Fafsa is maxed out due to my cosmetology degree program and my cosmetology instructors program. That along with Community College and other small certifications. Trust I have tried lol

I think you misread, or misinterpreted, my suggestion to the OP. I'm suggesting they apply now and send in their CC transcripts, but not start until they complete and transfer what they can complete from Sophia (and they should complete all they can from Sophia before starting UMPI). My reason is this OP reduced work hours (cut their pay) to make this happen as quickly as possible. There have been numerous people posting here who waited until all their Sophia course where complete and then state they can't begin until many months from when they applied, this could be avoided in this case (because they are not starting from scratch) by applying sooner rather than later. I believe maxing out Sophia (&/or other Alt credits) is always the best option for UMPI.
