Hi! still havent taken the exam but can someone please direct me as to the best book to use and if IC helps at all for this exam?

You can find the exact name of the book thru the Excelsior bookstore. I sold mine, but I think the name was Psychiatric Nursing. IC will help with the Abnormal portion, but I would buy a used copy with the CD and use the website for practice testing. It's all about individual, family, group, or society as the client and this is how the scenarios are set up on the exam.
More conceptual than fact based.
