Question: Penn Foster Technical Math1

I just spoke to Mary Beth of Penn Foster College to register for Technical Math1. She said this course was a two credit unit, and I have seen someone mentioned that on the Forum.
So I decided to call Excelsior School of Business just to make sure they will give me three credits units (Pass/Fail) if I did this course from Penn Foster
They say if it Practical Algebra Technical Math 1 they will.

My question is for those of you that have taken this course before. Is Penn Foster Technical Math 1 same as the Practical Algebra Technical Math 1 (IC-0134) to satisfy the Math requirement for the Business Degree from EC, and can the Two credit units from Penn foster be translated into three credit unit with EC?

[SIZE="2"]I took the PFC TechMath1 course and took the 3-credit (pass/fail option) to fulfill my quantitative requirement however I did not major in business. It's probably best to have EC answer your question.[/SIZE]
