New to TESU and need help

I noticed that when I started my catalog year was 2017-2018 and it has since been changed to 2019. Should I ask them about this change?

It is likely because you first applied during the 2017/2018 catalog year - however since you never enrolled it did not lock in the catalog.  Enrolling is the only way to lock in the catalog year.  On the plus side you are enrolled and locked for the next year to the 2019 vs 2019a catalog -  this was done when took the Cornerstone this Jan 2019 Term (good for you getting it done before the SOS-110 would have been required of you if it was the 2019a catalog, you saved yourself $ there).  Otherwise there is no difference for the BSBA for 2018/2018 and 2019 - so you are good to go as is.
