Friends, when I tried to complete quiz 13 of BUS 240, there were two questions that I couldn't get right. 
I tried more than a dozen times, but all failed. If I can't complete quiz 13, I will never be able to move forward. 
Can anyone answer these two questions?
I have solved this problem. It's fine now

You won't be getting an answer anytime soon from the poster, they posted and haven't been logged in since that date... Try thinking of answers that may work, get it done or retaken. If you need the extra help, reply back or seek UMPI assistance to get the answers.

Invest more in the reading and Kotter's 8-step Change Management process as asking for the answers will do you no good.
