There are three types of installment payments
Plan Name Setup Fee Installments
UMPI_YOURPACE_Summer_2023_SESSION 1 This is in 3 installements
UMPI_YOURPACE_Summer_2023_SESSION 1 & 2 This is in 4 installements
UMPI_SUMMER_2023_3_PAY I don't understand this one.

You need to contact UMPI about payment options. The Financial Aid Office would be where I would start. I'd call them during business hours which is 9-4 Eastern. Fridays are not a good day to call as many people leave early. Saturday & Sunday & holidays they are closed.
ETA: This sounds like one of those math problems with 2 trains on the same track.....

Good luck! Just ask them what the payment options are to break your tuition down into payments.
