I reached out to study.com and I copy/pasted your post and now they changed their tune and no longer deny that the offer existed, now they are asking me for an email?

Got a private message in regards to this expired deal, technically, the order page and the link this deal pointed to did only indicate 2 classes.  The backend, if programmed with an update properly, should automatically set the classes to 4 for those who purchased within the specific dates and before the deadline.  If you're having issues getting the 4 classes and you purchased between Halloween and Nov 25, it's best to email Study.com Support and their Ambassador Team (not just CC them).

The snippet in the link above has the main details of the post, along with the info within my first post explaining the deal.  I was informed by Study.com (and other sites), not to share internal emails as they're geared for ambassadors and not the general public.  Instead of forwarding that email to you, for more info on the deal, you can email their Ambassadors team to forward that mass communication email that was sent Oct 31 with a subject of "Important Clarification About New Offer Promo"

This way, you'll get the Study.com Ambassadors and Support teams helping you, versus, having someone in their Study.com support staff dig into this without knowing what communication was sent.  If this doesn't get resolved and they do need an email or screenshot, I can add that to this thread... That specific team Study.com can be reached at the following email address: ambassador@study.com

The old coupon https://study.com/?adkey=5ba3b643c0a74b0...da476cfb4a still shows 30% off for 3 months for the college saver plan, does this include the recent changes or am I paying for the old subscription model with that key?

Basically, I'm not sure how much longer that older key is going to work, they've changed to new pricing model. If the key works, it'll be on the old plan pricing and requirements, the new plan/pricing would have a different set of requirements altogether...

Actually, my Wife just used your key and it worked with the new pricing model with new requirements.
