Is anyone else a reservist and using the Post 911 GI Bill? This last year it was not an issue, but now I might not be able to fit my Annual Tour days(not sure if other branches call it something else, my 15 Active days a year) in between semesters. I assume I can get in trouble if I am getting BAH from two sources at the same time, or do they not care if its only a few days here and there? I dont want to mess anything up on the VA side(enjoying San Francisco BAH), but im not sure how easy it is to turn off BAH for my reserve pay for those specific days.
Just curious if anyone else has encountered this.

Don't worry, as far as I know you are allow to collect both BAH as long as you're NOT full-time active duty (I know of several soldiers that did this last summer). Also, don't forget as a reservist CLEP's and DSST's, are FREE to you.

Thanks, i have been stressed out for nothing then. It will only be like 5 days at a time, i doubt that would flag anything even if it was a no-go.
I have taken full advantage of the free CLEP's, got about 11 passed, 3 failed, and waiting on the results for English Comp w/essay(took around the 4th of Dec, still no results)

Don't worry, just make sure you pass the classes. Keep up the good work and pass on the info on free CLEP's/DSST's to fellow service members.
