I turned in my last writing assignment on the very last day on 27 Nov. It still shows as Touchstone submitted but course says incomplete. Am I good? Or, I would need my assignment to be graded by the last day to receive credit?

Could you get back onto the site and chat with a representative to tell them what's going on?
I did that, and they extended the deadline for me so I'd be sure to get the grade within the time frame.
If you finished on time, you should be ok, but might good to check it out.

It's not unheard-of for grading of a Sophia Touchstone to take weeks.  I wouldn't be concerned, but if you are, a quick online chat with them will put you at ease.
