SL: "contact advisor" for grade - & how do I get credit transferred to ACE?

My son completed SL Accounting 1. It says "for your grade contact advisor" and to "contact advisor" to transfer the credit. How do we do that? I couldn't find a button or link for contacting an advisor. Does SL automatically transfer credits to ACE or do I need to request ACE to pull the credit from SL? I'm pretty sure I know his grade, but confused as to why it would say "for your grade contact advisor".
Son still working on Intro to Communication. One speech to go! Grading of speeches seems generous.

Also, he's not yet enrolled at TESU (still finishing up high school credits). Does that mean I should list his college in his SL profile as undecided or is it okay to go ahead and list it as TESU?

This same thing happened to me! ProctorU flagged me and I literally did nothing out of context during my final. I had to call Straighterline to get it fixed.

1) You call SL to have the enrollment advisor/customer care agent "fix" the issue by removing the note. It'll be pretty instant, the score will show up.
2) You don't need to enroll yet at TESU, you can wait until everything is completed at SL or even when the membership has expired.
No need to setup, you can still logon and send in your transcripts to ANY provider on their list, it doesn't have to be TESU in the profile setup.

That's right, they flag you if they find out that you've got a technical issue or something similar. They'll write a note before they submit your exam.
SL will see the note and just "flag" it, once you call into SL, and talk to them, they'll just tell you it was flagged due to technical difficulty or whatever.
