SOPHIA.ORG inaccuracy?incompetence? dishonesty?

I am signed up thru the main Sophia site and as far as I can tell, it is using biometric verification through typing for the courses I am signed up for, so far. HOWEVER, in the student guide they emailed me, it did have a note saying the FINAL Milestone may be proctored, and to see my course dashboard for details.

I am thinking they are leaving this open ended in case they need to have proctoring for certain courses in the future to make partner colleges happy. Either way I am really enjoying my courses aside from the rampant typos and sections of entirely missing content... I posted a separate thread asking them to fix it. I hope they reply!
