If I fail the final exam of a Saylor course, and retake it after the 2 weeks waiting period, will the questions be the same in my next attempt?
The Corporate Communications course is too long, so instead of going through all the materials, I'm only going through the 15 Unit Assessments (along with reading the relevant chapters in the book), and then I intend to take the final.

The next attempt shouldn't contain the same questions as it should be from a pool of questions in their database.
For example, they have maybe 5 thousand questions in their pool, and each test holds 100 or something.
It keeps recycling them randomly and you may get a similar question, but shouldn't be the same.
