Saylor.org - final exam for credit
#1
Can anyone confirm how the courses taken at Saylor.Org are completed? Is the only real requirement to take the final exam for credit via a proctored method? Can I just work through all the lessons/quizzes as needed and then take the proctored final for credit?
Thanks,

Yes that is correct. If you search I believe HorseManiac completed one or two Saylor courses and started a thread about the experience.

Yes, that's correct. You can complete the lessons on your own. Then when you feel ready, you take the proctored exam. When you're all finished taking Saylor courses you'll need to request a transcript to be sent to your school. As far as Saylor is concerned though, once you pass the final exam, you are finished. Which course are you taking?
