Self paced Computer Programming or Database courses?

Prospective excelsior BSBA MIS student here. Are there any self paced options for business programming language or database management?

I know about Penn Foster, but it appears their courses are still not currently ACE accredited....

You can also try the Game Institute. They have really cheap courses and work with Excelsior already.
