Shmoop Exam Glitch? Anyone Else?

My son took a Shmoop exam and finished well under the time limit. Hit submit, the "Yes I am done" button popped up, and then it froze. For 15 minutes or so we waited, clicked submit over and over, still the same spinning loading circle under submit, blue outline around the "Yes.." button. When the time ran out, it reported 0/0. So he took it again, submit worked. Then it happened again, this time with a retake! The first submit worked, he had clicked 2 answers and somehow scrolled and selected the wrong one, so he wanted to redo it. Again-- 0/0 and he's used up his retakes.

I just contacted Shmoop support, they've always been nice, so hopefully, they can fix it soon. Anyone else had this glitch? Is it just World Geography? I want to know before I put him through that again.

This happened to me last week. The Shmoop team was super helpful! I just sent them screenshots and they took care of the problem on the spot.
