I would like to transfer to an accredited college, where all of my credits will transfer. I am sick of my current colleget telling me that I can only have x amount of credit from cleps. that I cannot have more than 12 credits from another college transferred in.That I have to finish my last 24 credits with their college.
Where can I finish my degree, and without having to have these restraints?

Welcome to the Big 3! They give lots of flexibility with transfer credits and testing credits.
Big 3 = Excelsior College, Charter Oak State College, Thomas Edison State College

Your college isn't accredited? You should probably change schools simply on that basis. If it isn't accredited, some employers may not recognize the degree; especially the federal government and most state governments. Also, if you ever want to pursue graduate education, accredited graduate schools will not recognize an unaccredited degree. You should really think about it.

Yes, my college is accredited. I was just mentioning that I would like to transfer to a college that will give me more freedom and that also is accredited.
Out of the big 3, which one is the most flexible?
Which one is the cheapest?

Some people prefer EC, some prefer TESC some prefer Charter Oak.
I live in NJ I was not planning on taking many courses, and I wanted to take some TECEP exams.
Taking all of that into account TESC was the cheapest, most convienent, for me.
So you will have to explore a little your self or tell us more of what you want.

There are 3 accredited colleges in the country that meet your criteria, since this question has been asked oh....a million times before LOL....those colleges are called "the big 3" by people here on this board. I graduated from
Thomas Edison State College They allow you to transfer in up to 120 credits, however, like any college, they have to fit into your degree program. By changing schools, you do risk having some credits not count, however, I would say if you kept your same major, you have a VERY high chance of this not happening.
http://www.excelsior.edu and
http://www.cosc.edu are the other 2 in the "big 3" colleges.
What's your major and what state do you live in? It helps zero in on the better choice. Also, how many credits do you have now? If you can give a bit more information people here can really help you quickly.

Thomas Edison is the best! (it's the cheapest too)

There are pros and cons to each one of the Big 3 depending on your current credits, goals, and needs, which will guide you to the one that is best for you. For instance, I would like to use GRE Subject exams for credit. Excelsior offers up to 30 credits for each of these exams including up to 18 upper level credits (with an 80th percentile score). Charter Oak offers 18-24 credits with a 40th percentile score. Thomas Edison offers no credit for these exams, but awards lots of free credits through FEMA.
Also, Jennifer and Alissa did a lot of work putting together some cost comparisons for the Big 3 that you can look at here:
