In my BA CS evaluation, I need one more lower level CS area of study credit. I currently have 5 credits due to having a CAP-295, two credits from TEEX. I asked an advisor, and they said that there were no other TEEX classes that could fill the remaining single credit. I could do a three credit something at Study.com, but that basically makes so that I end up not using the TEEX credits.
Is there a single credit course that I can do that will fill the CS AOS?

I'm not sure offhand if there is another 1-credit CS class but I don't think that there is.
Which TEEX classes are being used right now?

The only TEEX that is currently applying to my AOS is CAP-295 "Intro to Security Basics". I'm not sure what the TEEX title for the class is.

That's only 2 credits? Indications are that it's supposed to be 4 credits. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/TE...ivalencies

I did it a few years ago when it was only 2 credits. Based on how I understand the page you linked, it would be 3 credits today, except that TESU is no longer accepting them as such.

Ah, okay, that makes sense! I forgot about that aspect.
I forgot about Coopersmith. One of their 2-credit Microsoft courses might work? A 1-credit overage in the AOS should be okay.

Those Coopersmith 2 credit courses look like exactly the sort thing I'm looking for. Any more ideas anyone?

Is there a reason you want to use the TEEX courses? Without knowing your whole situation I can't imagine it would be that much more difficult to just take a 3 credit CompSci course from somewhere and bump out the TEEX courses, rather than spend the effort to find a 1 or 2 credit class.
In Progress: MBA - HAUniv, Anticipated 2024
Completed: BSBA OpMgmt - TESU June 2021
UG - AP Tests: 20 credits | APICS: 12 Credits | CLEP: 6 credits | Saylor Academy: 6 credits | Sophia.org: 27 credits | Study.com: 12 credits | Davar Academy: 3 credits | TESU: 15 credits | Other College: 99.5 credits
GR - HAUniv: 9 credits

I'm just wanting to do it as efficiently as possible and hoping to find an alternative to doing a whole 3 credit course at Study.com.

You might just try the Intro to IT class at Sophia? I believe it comes in as CIS-107 and would work? I found Sophia much easier than SDC.
