Skip the OPM! Colleges are creating their own online portal...

Lindenwood University is an example of one of those smaller universities that's creating their own "global" portal to attract prospective students.  I think it's a better idea than using that "expense" on OPM's, they can have it all setup internally instead of paying an outside OPM to manage/market their programs.

This makes total sense to me.  After all, any decent university is going to have all the skill/knowledge within their own organization.  They just have to bring it together in a new way.
