From reaching out to them, you cannot transfer a yearly membership to anyone. If they have another BOGO sale, you can "buy" a code for a year membership from someone who purchases the BOGO offer. But they are not doing that at the moment.

Does anyone have an "Expired" Bogo from Sophia that was not used? I am going to try to see if they would honor it even though it is "expired".
