I just finished a final proctored exam with Study.com as of today Friday 12/20/2019. I know they say they can take up to 2 weeks. I have sent them a message through support to ask if they could expedite review of my proctored exam. My transcripts need to be sent to WGU before January 1st 2020. Does anyone here have any experience with asking Study.com to expedite/speed up review of a proctored exam? I will call them next week if necessary, but like I said, I already sent them a message through support.
How good are my chances? Thanks.

I ran into a similar request for last minute courses at SDC, to send over to TESU for graduation. SDC was great in expediting the proctored exam once it got to the correct person. It took several back and forth emails to get beyond the standard email reply from support (form emails).
1. Reply to the standard form email (this may require several back and forth emails)
2. Be polite and respectful
3. Explain the situation in detail.
a) Took X proctored exam on X date.
b) You are starting WGU and they require all alternative course credit BEFORE you start and WGU will not accept additional alternative course credit after you start at WGU.
c) WGU deadline. January 1, 2020.
d) Request for a onetime expedited proctored exam review.
e) be sure to thank the person for their extra help to expedite the exam.

I want to give everyone an update. Study.com took my special request to expedite the review of two exams and then, 2 days later, gave the me the results and sent my transcripts to WGU. While I sent my request before making the thread on this site, I do recommend the steps listed by HogwartsSchool if you find yourself in a similar situation. It only took one email/support request to make it happen.
I really appreciate Study.com taking my last minute request and coming through on it.
