Sophia grading delays

When I contacted Sophia last week to ask what to do about a Touchstone that hadn't been graded in over 7 business days they said they were short-handed and to get back with them this week if it still hadn't been graded.  It has now been over 2 weeks since I submitted my final Touchstone and it still is not graded.  I was told today to "hope" it will be graded in the next 2-3 days.  Just a heads up for anyone working on Sophia courses, plan carefully around the courses with Touchstones if time is important to you because there are significant delays right now.  Hope it is just a temporary bottleneck that gets cleared up quickly!  This did help me make up my mind to not take the 3 new courses that have Touchstones, the Power of Persuasion has 6 Touchstones!!!

I'm currently doing English Comp 1 and submitted all but 2 touchstones today. One I have already gotten the grade back for.

You mean, you've submitted an assignment and got an evaluation or grade on the same day? Hmm, they're pretty fast for some courses I guess...

I submitted touchstones for English Comp 1 and haven't had them graded yet. Longest one has been open for 7 days. I think he just got lucky and skipped the queue somehow with one lol.

My touchstones almost always took 5 - 7 days to get back and that was as recent as June for reference.

Just want to say I LOVE Sophia!  I didn't want to discourage anyone at all, just to give the heads up that they were experiencing a slow down in grading Touchstones at that moment.  I'm super happy to know they have overcome that difficulty now .

So I got another touchstone back within 6 days. Submitted 13th returned 19th.
