Sophia.org Question

Hi all,

I just completed the ID verification exam for the Sophia.org Project Management course that's guaranteed to transfer to Excelsior.   Since I completed the exam and signed out I haven't been able to sign in and see my course history.  Is this normal?  How do I request transcripts?  This is one of my last three courses so I'm eager to see it transfer since it needs to be complete in order to register for the final capstone course.  Any guidance anyone could provide on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciate!

I finished a Sophia course years ago, and am still able to log in and see it, so I'm not sure why you can't.

Also, regarding getting it onto a transcript, you're going to want to get it onto an ACE transcript to get it over to Excelsior. If you don't have an ACE account (it's free), you need to open one up.

Thanks for your response.  I get through to tech support this morning.  There was a problem with my login.  They get it corrected quite quickly and the course has already transferred to ACE.
