Sorry, I might be dense but it looked like I was required to not only pay the 74 for the course but 100 for a membership to take intro to comm. for a total of 174 (50 from coupon) Did I do this right?

Correct. $100/month membership fee, plus the course fees. The more courses you complete in a month, the more that $100 is put to use. Save money by using as few months as possible.

Before you sign up, look at the courses you want to take and prepare the materials you need ahead of time. I personally prefer ebooks as they can be searched easily.
You should be able to complete a few courses in a month, especially some of the easier ones that don't require a lot of writing. Intro Comm is fairly easy and doesn't need a lot putting into the videos. Religion and Cultural Anthropology are straightforward too. All three courses should be doable in a month. |
