TESU Computer Science

So I was under the impression if you're working on a TESU Bachelor's Degree, you do have to do 30 RA Credits at the school but I talked to TESU today and it seems that's not the case? You just need to make sure 24 credits are different than your other degree. So someone who's never had a TESU Degree can still transfer in like 111 credits, do 9 at the school, and graduate with the Residency Waiver Fee, even though it's their 2nd Bachelor's?

Thanks.

Basically, it doesn't matter if you're a first degree seeker or one who has a bachelors, you're still going to need the following.
30 RA credits, max transfer of 117 credits (yes, you can transfer the cornerstone for the BACS), do the capstone and pay the residency waiver fee
Note: 24 new credits required for previous bachelors holders, this is what differentiates the two degrees, essentially - the major

Is there a list like 1:1 that can be used for not just general or specialization. ?
FOr example, the 120 credit below is the xample for the specialization course and wondering if that can be true for all general and speacial courses?

Part A. Introduction to Programming
3 credits. Choose one.

Course Expected Recommended Course to Take Recommended Provider
Intro Programming Introduction to Programming in Python
Preplan this class with an advisor to confirm that it is accepted as ITS-150 and not COS-205 Sophia.org
Intro Programming Introduction to Java Programming
Should not overlap with Sophia's Python programming. This course should be accepted as COS-111. Sophia.org

@kakasahib, for TESU, UMPI and all other providers, you can only transfer in classes up to a certain point. Residency requirements are needed at each institution, you should max your transfer by using the Coursera, Sophia.org, Study.com combo. Generally, most of the classes can be 1:1, you don't really need to deviate from the WIKI by using other sources unless needed for a reason or another...

Sorry. I was not clear in my ask.
I was looking for an excel that shows course from study.com or Sophia = TESU BA CS.
But not for specialization as wiki has. But I am looking for all courses (40) of them.
Of course this is given that I need to do capstone and sos1100 course for residency waiver. But I am looking for a full list.
Thanks
