I just finished the personal finance course for Study.com and it's time to go blow out 5 more courses via the scholarship, though I intend to roll with it out of pocket if I like the rest of the courses.
Study.com wasn't a thing when I started a few years ago so I never really factored it in. Also, a lot has changed in terms of degree requirements for TESU, so I'm not positive of what's what anymore. So, with that said: what's fast and relatively easy?
Here's what I need for TESU:
• Diversity or Global Literacy x1
• Personal/Social Responsibility Elective x1
• Interdisciplinary Human Cultures/Physical world x2
• MAN-372 or BUS-311
• Gen Management x6
• Business Elective x1
• FIN-301
• MAN-301
• ACC-101
• ACC-102
• LAW-201
• Gen Ed x2
Edit to make clear: I have free electives running out of my ears at this point.

Intro to Sociology is easy. It's for the Diversity requirement.

Also Principles of Health for a really easy elective, if you don't care about getting electives somewhere cheaper.

I'd save the free electives for cheaper courses and knock out some UL stuff using your scholarship. If I'm reading correctly, you need 6 credits of Management for the AOS? I would recommend Organizational Behavior and Labor Relations. Both were fairly simple and they come in as UL at TESU without needing to do a project for the course. Make sure you do the Org Behavior 106/107 or whatever it is and not the 300 course. The 300 course has a project. I'd also do MAN-301 Principles or Management and FIN-301 Prince of Finance since they also are UL but don't require a project through Study.com. I'm about to begin MAN-372 and I've heard horror stories about it, but I don't want to study for a TECEP or use a more expensive course so I'm going to tackle it. The two Computer courses through Study.com were easy and there is a lot of overlap so you won't need to do all of the quizzes. Both of them can work in the Physical world section or one can go into the Computer course slot in the Business core.
If you just want some easier courses and aren't worried about UL then I'd suggest Sociology or World Religions for Diversity, the Computer courses for your Sciences, any of the History courses for electives and the Spanish course was easy for me.
Edit: I see now that you need 6 courses of Gen Management for the AOS. There are more options but they aren't as easy. The HR Management course was very manageable and counts as UL. Digital Marketing was very easy but does have a project. It is mostly about social media stuff.

There is a Saylor Business Law. I'm sure it would be harder than study.com's.

If you do take Sociology then Social Psychology has a lot of overlapping material. Not so much in the quiz content but you'll repeat a lot of the major sociologists/psychologists and their theories. Org Behavior is pretty easy too. You can take a placement exam on it and probably test out of about half the course by taking the placement exam as many times as they let you.

Definitely not this, as it's a Free Elective, which you don't need.

From your list of required courses, check the requirements for each class at Study.com and cross reference the amount of work at SL.
Finish the easiest courses at each provider and you'll be done cheaper/easier/faster. That's the plan for me and I'm done with SL, now onto Study.com
