Study.com grading delay?
#1
Is it just me, or has Study.com been taking a super long time to grade things lately? I've done 13 classes through them and the average grading length is about 3 days, unless there's a essay/project portion in which case it can take up to a week.

But, for my last three classes, it's been FOREVER and I've yet to get a grade. I took exams on the 22nd, 26th and 28th (all exam only courses; no projects), and none of them have been graded. I know I'm still within the two week time frame they give you for grading, but since it usually NEVER takes this long. It's killing me because these are the last classes I need to add to my ACE transcript and I am DONE for TESU grad!

Anybody else waiting, or is it just me?

Ditto.

Received grades for projects within a week.
But still waiting for the "Congratulations you've completed XXX class" email.
Study.com subscription has expired so no access to dashboard. Hoping everything clears.

Also desperate to send stuff to ACE and then to TESU for evaluation.
If everything works out, then one more test and AA is done.

Yea it's been a bit slow for me as well. I guess it's because they've been really busy with everyone trying to complete their courses before the end of the year. The grading for work however is quite fast for me. just the summing up total grades and final exams are taking a bit.
My Plan: Earn a MSML or a MBA at WGU!

Yeah, I wondered if it was just a backlog of people getting exams in for grad. Hopefully it'll be soon for all of us!

They finally graded mine, but they counted it against this month instead of last month >:O. I put in a ticket.

WOO I just got the first two graded a minute ago, haha. Just waiting on the third now! Super relieved!

@quigongene, how would it be counted against this month/last month? They take your exam credits out when you TAKE the exam, not when it gets graded, right? I'm not sure what you mean.

Okay, this is weird...I got ACE approval for all three courses but Study.com is still showing my third course as grade pending...I'mma wait to order my transcript until it's all the same; that's pretty weird.

ETA: Okay, it's all good! Got all the approvals squared away. Thanks Study.com for getting on that! Smile

Hi All,

Thank you for your patience. September has been a busy month for us! Our grading window is 1-2 weeks, and courses with projects can sometimes complicate the process. However, we strive to get your courses graded and completed as quickly as possible. We understand you all are working hard to complete your courses and/or degrees!

Thank you,
The Study.com Team

Thank you study.com for your format and your responses to our questions and concerns. I'm considering finishing up my last few courses with study.com vs on sl because I like the format better.
