My daughter had to quit in the middle of a test because "no page found" showed up suddenly. It couldn't get fixed so she closed the browser with ten questions left. So upsetting. She contacted them. Does anyone know what happens in this cases?

Did she call RPNow and get ahold of their tech support when it happened? If so there will be a ticket and they might even have been able to reload it from their end and get it back online. I had issues starting one of my exams after I entered the code. The whole screen went blank. They couldn't get it to reload but at least it didn't use up the code I had. Most likely you will either be able to log back in with the code you used before OR contact study.com and they may give you a new code and not count the previous exam against her. I doubt she will be able to get credit for the exam since it wasn't finished but at least she may be able to re-take it.

Essentially, your best bet is to contact Study.com service/support and see what they say.
I think in these situations they may need to wait until it has "passed" through their system.
Then they would review your info once that has completed, call them for advice/next steps.

This happened to me once when I was about 80 questions in. I called Study.com and they told me I could either wait for the grade to see if I passed, or have it reset. I waited for the grade and ended up passing. It lowered my overall score a little but it was still good enough for credit so I let it go. They were very understanding of whatever choice I wanted to make and gave me the option. Don't sweat it.

For the future, I've had problems with RPNow crashing many times in the middle of an exam. You can simply, re-log in at the time, go through the set-up process again and when you enter the exam, it will be where you left off. Just be aware that the timer doesn't stop, so it does cut into your test taking time.
