Developing Good Study Habits Really Works | Psychology Today
I am also reviewing Introductory Psychology for my upcoming Social Sciences and History CLEP. The lecture I just listened to said that if you have a short time to study, it's better to study, then get a full night's sleep than to stay up late studying longer. The rest allows your brain to better access the information.
