I just took the substance abuse test and passed with a 456. I'm not sure exactly how they come up with the scoring, but I passed and that is all that matters. I only had 95 questions. I used instantcert, and I took the online quizzes for this class. I used a pass this class studyguide, and I read a couple text books. I felt prepared, but yet the test was worded in a complex way.
