Last mention I found of this was from 2009:

Do you know if Thomas Edison will or has granted credit for IT certifications including:
CompTIA A+ (Taught in 2 semesters at a technical college)
CompTIA Security+ (Hoping this would fulfill a Computer Security related credit for the CIS degree)
Cisco CCNA (Again, 2 semesters worth of networking course material)
Any information appreciated.

Unfortunately not unless it is ACE recommended for credit(I only know of Microsoft certs fitting this criteria). I had an evaluation last year at TESC and received no credit for any of my certs.

Your IT certifications may turn into Excelsior College credit.
Please read these instructions for verifying certification examinations and courses from Excelsior approved vendors.
Excelsior College | Admissions at Excelsior College: Credit for IT Certifications
This process will give the OP credits for the certs at Excelsior not TESC. Depending on which program you would choose at COSC or Excelsior (since they give credit for IT certs) it could still be faster to do the BSBA at TESC since it has a significant amount of test out options for the major. A good person to look at is @ajs1976 he has quite a few IT certs, and even started the IS program at COSC but still found it to be more beneficial to him to go for the BSBA at TESC.
I guess moral of the story is look at all of your options, and map out your whole degree. Just because you can knock out 6-9 credits super quick doesn't mean you can finish the whole degree quickly.

Does anyone have the course equivalencies for CompTIA, CIW and Cisco certificates at Excelsior or Charter Oak?

The main question here, is going to be if the technical college course was accredited by anyone. I've seen a few that partnered with local CC's for IT and other computer classes.

Direct from my COSC Evaluation.
COMPTIA 02 Security+ ITE753 P 2.00 (TR) Computer Technology Industry Association
COMPTIA 01 A+ ITE865 P 2.00 (TR) Computer Technology Industry Association
Keep in mind they are only 2 credit hours each, but Sec+ does count as upper level.
