I have this midterm next week. It's my first course here. Anyone have this class before? How difficult was the exam?

Never had it but what does the syllabus say, multiple choice or essay form? I always hope for multiple choice or short essay. I had one that was just 4 essays, that was probably the hardest because if you missed going over one of the questions and just didn't know it that is automatically a quarter off of your grade.

The syllabus calls for 20 MC and 4 essays. But, it's a bunch of chapters being covered.

I took it and it sucked. The questions did not cover the materially equally at all. They covered probably three main theories, left out entirely other larger theories, and then asked some nitpicky questions that were not in the reviews online, or in the objectives, or in the chapter summaries, there were at least three like that, tiny little details. Then the essays again, only covered a few theories. And again, two of the five choices (we had to write on four), were not something one would think would have been something to heavily study. I studied a lot. Most of it wasted, because it wasn't covered at all, the rest seems like it was a crap shoot. I probably will make a B, I might even surprise myself with an A. But, overall, I'm not pleased.
I still have Experimental Psych coming up as a class starting in July. I'm starting to wonder if I can switch to an epack or something. |
