I don't know, but I decided to go with the Enrolled Options Plan, which is less expensive and makes much more sense for my situation.
The annual tuition costs (not including various fees) are:
Comprehensive Tuition Plan: $6,720.00
Enrolled Options Plan: $2,623.00

yup, cust. service is really the worst at TESC -still; I enjoy my choice. It was this or COSC for me, and I like the flexibility that I have here. Best $$ too, from my research.
I don't think you can screw it up; so don't sweat it. The $ is comparable to EC, you can survive ignorant customer service reps (I am; the misinformation is maddening though) and they are the easiest to tranfer to, although it takes sooooooooooooo long to get a proper evaluation. Still - I'd do it again.
DO it.

They give credit for FEMA, they take 200 courses as upper level (so a few CLEP/DSSTs would count) etc. I almost ruled them out, but I don't want to be hasty. They are starting to look like a good option for me, and the name of the school is the best of the three IMO.
Any feedback from TESC students would be helpful and appreciated. This is a huge decision for me and I would hate to screw it up.
Thanks,

What does it mean that there are no payment plans? Is there any way to get any sort of financial aid?
