The BSBA CIS is the easiest dual degree to add to a BACS.
Or do you mean another BA degree? Like BA Math, BA Psych, etc.?

I don't think programming in C has ever been a requirement. Just programming in general. There are plenty of options out there.

I mean another BA AoS. So I can graduate with double dual degrees.

Whatever you want... Of course it depends what you're closest towards, the BALS with a concentration is an option, it can use the previous 9 credits UL for the previous AOS and your general education/free electives and you'll just have to do a few more classes. Find a concentration you want, you can even pad the resume if it's needed with two associates, and any certs.

I don't think programming in C has ever been a requirement. Just programming in general. There are plenty of options out there. That’s what I thought , but today I pulled up the website and it’s states cos 1160 as part of the required courses under the area of study.

The degree plans on the TESU site are awful. They only list a limited number of classes that they themselves offer, not what's actually required/expected. You don't need C. You could take their Python programming, for instance, or bring in a different programming from elsewhere.
