TESU BSAT APS 400, 401 402 Alts?

I've searched and not found anything so I figured I'd post for one last check. Are there any alternatives tothe below.  It doesnt have to be UL as I dont have an UL requirement for my catalog for example I did Sophia Project Management which came in as 200 Lvl. Thanks all Last 3 classes I need plus Study.com Chem w/ Lab

APS-401 is the capstone and must be taken at TESU.
For the others check out DAU (defense acquisition academy) or maybe something from your JST will work. 
You might just have to take all 9 credits at TESU.
But if you are military you need 24 credits at TESU to avoid the waiver (but TECEPs count).
If not military or veteran you need 16 credits to avoid the wavier but TECEPs don't count.

I've never seen the Occupational Safety course anywhere else. But I have seen a cheaper option for Quality Mgmt:

Sorry to revive an old thread, but I’m currently looking at the BS in Military Technology Leadership and came across this while researching the APS requirements.

I saw that you had already completed the associate degree and were working on the BS MTL. I also saw your newer post where it looks like you eventually took APS-4020 Applied Quality Management directly through TESU.

Did you ever try either of the CSU Pueblo Quality Management courses mentioned in this thread, or get confirmation from TESU about whether one of them would satisfy APS-4020? I’m curious whether they were rejected or if taking APS-4020 at TESU was simply the easier option.

I’m also looking at the APS-4000 Occupational Safety and Health requirement. I found that TESU lists OSHA 10 Construction as APS-2100 (1 SH) and OSHA 30 Construction as CET-2150 (2 SH), and indicates that the combination can satisfy a Health & Safety requirement in a bachelor's program.

I have not personally verified with TESU yet that the OSHA 10 + OSHA 30 combination will specifically satisfy the Health & Safety requirement in the BS MTL, so I’m interested in whether anyone has actually had those two lower-level courses applied that way.

Did you ever look into that option, or find another course that TESU accepted for the Health & Safety requirement?

Part of why I’m looking closely at alternatives is that I’m planning on pursuing a second TESU bachelor's in Organizational Leadership as well, with the accelerated BS-to-MS option if everything works out. I’m trying to minimize the number of courses that absolutely have to be taken directly through TESU, since the Organizational Leadership degree and graduate pathway will already account for a good portion of my TESU coursework.

I’m also considering the BS in Technical Studies. I would have a few more General Education requirements to finish with that option, but otherwise it looks like I may be able to complete most of the degree through transfer credit. The main TESU-specific course I would still need appears to be the capstone, and Technical Studies uses the same APS-4010 capstone as the MTL.

That makes Technical Studies attractive if I can avoid having to find or take the harder-to-source Quality Management and Health & Safety courses required by the MTL.

For now I’m mainly trying to determine what alternatives have actually been accepted for those MTL requirements before deciding which degree makes the most sense alongside Organizational Leadership. Together, the two degrees would cover both the technical and leadership sides of my background and future goals.

Any guidance from someone who has already worked through the MTL program would be appreciated.
