If he presents an evaluation stating that the an ENEB degree is equivalent to a US bachelor’s degree, that will trigger the “Earning a Second or Successive Baccalaureate Degree” policy in the Award of Degrees Policy (per the section “Foreign Credentials”).
If his TESU BSBA is considered a second or successive bachelor’s degree, I believe the information literacy cornerstone requirement will be waived. However, he will need to complete 24 credits in the area of study earned subsequent to the date of his most recent bachelor’s-equivalent degree.

Thanks for the feedback.
The route he is planning to take, once he receives the documentation form for his MBA/Masters combo at ENEB/Universidad Isabel I, is to have it evaluated by ECE for the minimum 30 UL credits for Business Courses and transfer that to TESU.
Either you are talking about a different path, or something successful in the past is no longer a viable option in 2025. Though I don't think that is the case, as I have not read otherwise in the forum.

This week should bring the conclusion of my brother's ECE evaluation. I expect to have the documentation by next week and will share the results with the forum then.
In the meantime, I did a deep dive into the 24-credit requirement for a second degree at TESU, but I'm still unclear on a few points:
1. Aside from TECEP exams, can students transfer credits from other sources (e.g., Study.com, StraighterLine, CLEP, Coursera, etc.) to meet the requirement?
2. If new transfer credits from different sources duplicate courses already on file (previous transfers), would they still count toward the 24 credits, or must the credits be entirely new business topics and not overlap with students' existing transfer credits?

Thomas Edison State University is one of StraighterLine’s 180+ partner schools, meaning TESU guarantees credit transfer for certain courses outlined in the course equivalency guide here: https://www.straighterline.com/colleges/...niversity/

Appreciate the 'Sales Support'. My question is in reference to what TESU accepts versus needing support from outside sources. However, our family has a long-standing appreciation with Straighterline, so thanks for chiming in..
